That’s why we’ve put together this complete guide to help you understand what happens from the moment your parcel arrives, through enjoying your order, and if needed, how returns and refunds work. 1. Inspect on Delivery
Check your parcel upon arrival, ideally in the presence of the courier.
If the parcel is damaged, take clear photos before opening. Only valid if the parcel remains unopened.
Hand the parcel back to the courier if you reject it.
If you collected from a parcel locker, take clear photos before opening.
Contact us by email with all relevant info, and we’ll quickly resolve the issue, either refund or replace the item.
Note: Even if the parcel looks damaged, the clothing inside is likely perfect. We pack carefully to protect items.

2. Enjoy Your Order
Open your parcel and enjoy your new apparel!
If it’s not the perfect fit or not your taste, no worries, we’ve got your back.
Try items on carefully, keeping all tags, labels, and accessories intact. This ensures eligibility for return/exchange.

3. Our Human Approach to Returns
We’re not a big corporation, returns aren’t automated.
Every return is handled personally, like humans, not robots.
We make the process easy and stress-free for you.
Return & exchange period: 7 days from delivery to the date the parcel is shipped back to us.

4. Return Requirements
Items must be in full original condition, clean, with no odors, and all accessories/trimmings included.
Any parcel returned after the specified time may be rejected unless agreed in advance.
No cash returns for any reason.
The sender is responsible for return costs and risks. Tracking is required.

Delivery from us is free.

6. How to Return Your Item(s)

Damaged returns cannot be accepted.

Tracking number is mandatory to ensure safe arrival.
Step 3: Notification

7. Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds processed within 21 business days after parcel inspection.
Inspection is done within 36 hours, and confirmation is sent by email.
Whenever possible, refunds are issued faster.
Exchanges: Same process as returns/refund. Needed to place a new order to exchange item.
Refunds go to the same payment account. Cash or alternate accounts not possible, except for in-store cash payments.
